Full Coverage

First Year of Warranty

Free spare parts.
Free maintenance fees.
Free labor charges.
Repair or replacement is provided for manufacturing defects at no cost.

Maintenance Only

Second Year of Warranty

Covers maintenance fees only.
Covers labor charges only.
Does not include spare parts (Customer bears the cost).

Warranty Validity Conditions

Normal use according to manufacturer instructions.
Submission of the original purchase invoice.
Inspection by technicians approved by the company.

Exclusions

Misuse, breakage, or negligence.
Malfunctions resulting from incorrect installation.
Maintenance performed by unauthorized parties.
Consumable parts.

Warranty Claim Procedure:

Contact Customer Service to open a maintenance request → Product inspection and defect identification → Repair according to terms.

● This warranty does not affect the consumer rights guaranteed under the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
